What makes ancient farm structures so achingly beautiful? This sad barn has spent the last five years parked in a field between our town the town to the south of us. The rumor is that it's to be moved to a permanent home on a historic farm nearby "any day now". It is a sad thing to watch history deteriorate before your eyes.
